Paul Russo, Director of Operations
Paul Russo is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology in Westbury, Long Island. Russo is an architect, musician and award-winning event producer and founder of such events as the Wildwoods Music Awards and Super 60s Sunday in Wildwood, New Jersey.

He is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce and the Doo Wop Preservation League in Wildwood, New Jersey. Russo has collaborated in the production of large-scale events at musical venues and festivals at The Jersey Shore. He starred in TLC’s Trading Spaces Doo Wop Episode and was featured in the Charlie Gracie Documentary, Fabulous; the Doo Wop Hotels and Motels of the Wildwoods documentary; and the award-winning Wildwood Days documentary. Russo is the newest member/producer of Character Driven Productions and is executive producer of an upcoming feature-length documentary on the Philadelphia music scene from 1953-1963.

Ed Mebs, Festival Chairman
Ed Mebbs is the executive director of the Greater Wildwood Hotel Motel Association, which sponsors this event. Ed is founder of many of the Wildwood's events including: the classic car auction in September.

Linda Alboher, Film Committee Chairperson
Linda Alboher has been an entrepreneur in the motel, hospitality industry for over twenty years, most recently as the owner/operator of the Madrid Motel, in Wildwood Crest. A strong supporter of Wildwood's Doo Wop Revival, Linda has been involved in the WBTSFF since its' inception. She also had leadership position for four years in the Cape May Film Festival.

Shawn Swords, Film Committee
Shawn Swords attended The New York Film Academy and has written, directed and produced several feature-length films. His first was Love, Friendship and Hypocrisy, which opened in New York at the New York Feature Market and had a limited release in New York and Pennsylvania theaters. It was available on Pay-Per-View outlets, on DVD through independent film distributors, and in video outlets in the North East.

This film was followed by Blackthorn: It’s an Irish Thing, which premiered in Philadelphia and was shown on UPN 57. He directed the Blackthorn promotional video for Planet Hollywood.

Swords is founder of Character Driven Productions, and earlier this year completed the Charlie Gracie documentary, Fabulous, which he produced and directed. Fabulous premiered at the Delray Beach Film Festival in March, 2007. It has been picked up for Worldwide Distribution by Gotham Distribution. It was shown on PBS affiliate WHYY.

Conrad Zimmer, Film Committee
Conrad Zimmer is a graduate of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has done extensive free-lance editing and camera work in television, film and industrials. He is an Emmy Award winning editor for his single-camera editing on TLC’s The Wedding Story. Zimmer is a prolific editor for cable television and has edited such shows as Trading Spaces, The Wedding Story, The Dating Story, The Makeover Story, Ambush Makeover and other high-profile cable shows.

Zimmer has shot, edited or produced more than 50 independent film and video projects, is founder of Zimmer Productions, and is a partner in Character Driven Productions.

Blake Wilcox, Film Committee
Blake Wilcox attended The University of Colorado and has shot and produced three feature-length films. He was a Producer and Camera Operator on the Feature Length Documentary "Blackthorn: It's an Irish Thing" and also The Blackthorn Promotional Video for Planet Hollywood. Blake was also a Producer and Camera Operator for The Charlie Gracie "Fabulous" Documentary and is a Producer on an upcoming Feature Length Film on The Philadelphia Music Scene Circa 1952-1963. Blake has also organized several casting calls in The Philadelphia Metropolitan Area

Paul Russo, Jr., Webmaster/Animator
Paul Russo, Jr. is an animator and editor for Character Driven Productions. Paul was a production assistant on The Charlie Gracie Documentary “Fabulous”. Paul is currently functioning as an associate producer/animator/effects supervisor For a feature length film on The Philadelphia Music Scene circa 1952-1963 that will premiere in September and also Webmaster and Animator for The Wildwood By The Sea Film Festival Website.
